Confidentiality in handling information and sensitive data has the highest priority in my work, especially when it comes to dealing with people in the area of restructuring and realignment.

I listen fully to my customers when they take stock of the project and subject it to an objective test for success. For me, expectations of the successful outcome of a project must be realistic and possible within a reasonable amount of time. There must be agreement about the goal, scope and course of the project. The needs of my customers have to be clear to me.

Lifelong learning and the constant further development of important HR topics and my own mindset are a basic requirement for me to be successful as an entrepreneur and consultant.
