As one of the first IHK DE certified New Work Coaches in Austria, I am pleased to be able to accompany and support my clients on their way to implementing New Work measures. What is it about me as a New Work Coach? The focus of my work is the claim to design the new world of work in such a way that it is equally attractive for companies and employees.

There is a claim to create a working environment that is equally beneficial for employers and employees. The focus is on people who help to make the company competitive and innovative.

What do New Work measures achieve?

New Work measures help to meet the challenges of the current labor market. In order to increase the density of talent in the company, it is no longer enough to make the company attractive to potential applicants as part of "employer branding" measures. Basic needs for autonomy and competence in daily work are important success factors for keeping employees in the organization in the long term. 

The aim of the new world of work is to provide skills for successful further development ("upskilling") and to create a working environment in which talented people can develop their potential. This is the only way to promote competitiveness and innovation in the organization. 

As a New Work Coach, I will accompany you in identifying your needs, finding a solution and implementing the necessary New Work measures in your company. I will sensitize your leadership appointment to the challenges of the new world of work and explain why the way of thinking of the so-called  "Generation Most Wanted".
