The demographic situation and the increased life expectancy in the DACH region are already having a significant impact on our working world. On the one hand, the shortage of skilled workers and the associated “war for talents” are massively noticeable in almost all industries, and on the other hand, the “silver society” megatrend is also becoming more and more manifest. Many people in the 60 + generation are fit and healthy and want to stay longer in the workplace. Provided the framework conditions are right.

Consulting

As a consulting partner, we support you with change processes in the new world of work and with questions about the topics of HR mobility and secondments. The focus is always on the employee and his or her best possible development of potential in the organization.

Workshops

In our impulse and awareness workshops for NEW WORK, we show ways to more personal responsibility, decision-making and enjoyment of leadership. Our HR mobility and secondment workshops aim for pragmatic and practicable solutions.

Coaching

As NEW WORK consultants, we help with the implementation of measures for the new world of work. For us, the focus is on the question of how cooperation, leadership and work-life blending can increase competitiveness and innovation in the company.
