As a passionate HR manager, I work with people with great enthusiasm and pleasure.

Motivated and talented employees make sustainable and future-oriented competitiveness and innovation possible in the first place. Innovative people boost the organization with their ideas. The aim of my work is to recognize the potential of employees and deploy them where they can best develop their skills for the good of the company. This is the only way to ensure that employees are available to the company in the long term.

Expertise in HR, Mobility and New Work drive me as much as my curiosity and passion for change and transformation processes. Together with my customers, I develop the best possible strategy for their employees in order to be able to successfully implement the topics of the new working world. I aim to support HR organizations and professionals at key moments in the employee life cycle: recruiting, hiring, employee experience, retention, growth & succession.

NEW WAYS OF WORKING (NEW WORK)


New work is a megatrend that has gained massive boom as a result of Corona. Demographic change, digitization, the dramatic increase in knowledge in society and advancing globalization are changing the way we work. The values of generations Y and Z, established structures, traditional waterfall organizations and hierarchical thought patterns make it more and more challenging to be attractive as an employer for young talent and knowledge workers.


I support my customers in showing new ways and alternatives in the new world of work and in finding solutions to implement them in the organization in the best possible way.


Thanks to my 20 years of professional experience in industrial and production companies, I know where the problem is. The topic of New Work in Industry 4.0 is a particular concern of mine. My work is shaped by my hands-on mentality. My focus is on pragmatic application possibilities in the context of strategic personnel measures. In my work, I address myself in particular to HR managers and executives.

I am happy to be appointed the Austrian Partner for parents@work in January 2023.  Our mission at parents@work is to help leaders increase employee engagement, team performance and talent retention. We enable companies to build up their own Peer Coaching Program for working parents, using existing resources. Peer support and coaching ensures parents feel empowered, included, valued.

EXPAT MANAGEMENT


Internationalization and co-working across borders require new approaches in the design of global personnel assignments. These are often very complex and perceived as almost unsolvable problems. Increasingly more medium-sized and smaller market participants are exporting, producing or developing in countries outside Austria and in so-called third countries. Employees are deployed across borders for this purpose.

I advise my customers on questions related to posting and work with them to develop a framework that is suitable for the organization and a practicable posting policy.


I provide support on all aspects of relocation and visa (inbound & outbound) and, together with cooperation partners, develop tailor-made solutions in the field of tax, social security and labor law. I am particularly aware of the issues many spouses have to face who accompany their partners on assignments. Also, in this area I try to find tailor made solutions (spouse support).

Thanks to my many years of experience as a global mobility manager in an international Austrian production company, I am familiar with the practical challenges that HR managers face. My solution approaches are pragmatic and practical.
